ETM Group and Maven Leisure Limited, operators of a number of high-end restaurants, pubs and bars in London, have announced a strategic restructure of their operations, marking a positive step forward in the evolution of the group.
The move brings together a number of high-performing venues including Wagtail, Goldwood and Beechwood under a single operating structure, creating a stronger foundation for long-term growth.
The announcement comes after the directors of Maven Leisure sought to explore funding options for the business. Following a process led by advisors from Interpath, a transaction has been agreed which will see three of Maven’s five premium central London sites transfer to the ETM platform.
176 jobs have been protected as part of the transaction, ensuring continuity of service and preserving the group’s strong culture and operational expertise.
