Will is the UK CEO at Interpath. He has over 26 years’ experience advising businesses and their stakeholders in stressed and distressed situations. These include corporates across many sectors, clearing banks, credit funds, asset based lenders and VCs.
He is an active business advisor and practitioner in the UK and European markets with a deep specialism in accelerated sale options processes – a product and methodology he designed for the firm over 15 years ago which has gone on to be the most recognised in the UK market. He also has a special interest in creditor compromise restructurings and has led on many of the highest profile cases in the UK market on the last 10 years notably in the consumer, retail and casual dining sector. Cases where he has been lead practitioner include Claires, Cote Brasserie, Pizza Hut, House of Fraser, Mothercare, Jack Wills, Paperchase, Clinton Cards, Byron, Carluccio’s, Ed’s Easy Diner and many others.
He also has responsibility for Interpath’s business in the UK and sits on the Interpath board.
