Will is Head of Restructuring at Interpath Advisory (formerly KPMG’s Restructuring practice). He has over 22 years’ experience advising businesses and their stakeholders in stressed and distressed situations. These include corporates across many sectors, clearing banks, asset based lenders and VCs.
He also leads the team’s accelerated sales options process (Early Options) nationally and has responsibility for product development, leading relationships with our network of potential investors and supporting regional delivery teams.
He is also an active practitioner in the London and regional markets, having led on numerous restructurings in recent years, notably in the retail and casual dining sectors.
Will has a special interest in CVAs and has acted as nominee and supervisor on numerous high profile cases over recent years.
Cases include House of Fraser, Mothercare, Jack Wills, Paperchase, Clinton Cards, Byron, Carluccio’s, Ed’s Easy Diner and many others.
