International advisory firm Interpath has today announced the appointment of Kevin Desmond as a Senior Adviser to its Deals practice as the firm expands its public markets offering.
James Lumb and Howard Smith from Interpath were appointed as joint administrators to Clayton Glass Ltd on 18 September 2026. Upon appointment, the business and certain assets were sold to an entity led by the former management team in a transaction that secures 283 jobs.
UK highways infrastructure contractor, Mason Street Furniture (‘MSF’) has been acquired by engineering and environmental services firm RSK Group in a transaction which further enhances RSK Group’s ability to support major infrastructure projects. Interpath’s Corporate Finance and Transaction Services teams advised MSF through the sale process and transaction.
Interpath can confirm that Will Wright, Chris Pole and Ryan Grant were appointed joint administrators to Headlam Group plc, as well as its trading subsidiary HFD Limited, on 8 September 2026.
