Tamara is an experienced non-executive director and was formerly Managing Partner for EME at global law firm Reed Smith. Tamara has twice been named in Financial News' 50 Most influential Lawyers and was Large Law Firm Leader of the Year at the Women and Diversity in Law Awards, 2023. She has also been included in the Global HERoes Champions of Women in Business List every year since inception.
Mark Raddan is Chief Executive of the Interpath group, including its operations overseas. Since Interpath's launch in 2021, Mark has led the expansion of the firm’s advisory capabilities including the growth of its M&A, Transaction Services, Valuations, Debt Advisory, Tax and Regulatory Advisory services, cementing Interpath’s position as a truly multi-disciplinary advisory firm.
Ruairidh Cameron, Chief Financial Officer, is an experienced finance leader having held senior positions in several private equity-backed and corporate businesses over the past 20 years. Ruairidh joined Interpath in 2022 from PA Consulting, the global consulting firm, where he was Chief Financial Officer.
Caroline joined us from AlixPartners, where she had been Head of People Management for the EMEA region for the previous 7 years. Before that, Caroline spent 3 years at Eversheds Sutherland as the Head of International HR and Graduate Recruitment and started her career in London in Investment Banking HR.
Sean Keaveney is a qualified lawyer with over 20 years’ commercial law experience. His most recent role before joining Interpath in 2024 was Head of Legal EMEA at AlixPartners, a role he held for over seven years. Sean has worked in private practice as well as having a role as an in-house lawyer in a media company.
Will Wright is Chief Executive Officer of Interpath’s business in the UK. Will is a restructuring and special situations M&A specialist, leading many of Interpath’s most high-profile assignments, most notably in the retail and consumer markets segments.
Previously head of Deloitte’s Restructuring business in Ireland, Ken Fennell has a wealth of experience advising clients in contingency planning and insolvency assignments across a variety of sectors. Over a career spanning 30 years, he has advised corporates, financial institutions, private equity and government agencies on distressed debt and asset positions.
With over 23 years’ experience in the market in both France and the UK, Baréma has advised the boards and management teams of corporates and Private Equity houses across Europe on complex deals and special situations to drive strategic and operational efficiency. He has a long-standing track record of advising on complex transactions, carve-outs and strategic partnerships and alliances.
With over two decades of experience, Rachelle previously led the Bermuda and BVI financial advisory practices of a Big 4 firm. She specialises in providing restructuring and insolvency services to a diverse range of Bermuda-domiciled entities including (re)insurance companies, investment businesses, banks, hotels, and various operating companies, with many cases involving fraud, embezzlement, and cross-border asset recoveries.
Previously a Deal Advisory partner at PwC and with over 25 years of experience in both the US and German markets, Neil has an extensive track record of advising private equity and corporate clients across a wide range of transaction and advisory situations. Based in Munich, Neil will lead and scale Interpath’s operations across DACH as the firm aims to rapidly establish a market-leading presence across the region, centred on the provision of best-in-class advisory, restructuring and value creation services. Neil will also lead Interpath’s private capital offerings and solutions globally.
Gonzalo Montes Amayo, one of Spain’s foremost restructuring and debt advisors, is CEO of Interpath in Spain and will be responsible for growing Interpath’s business across the country. Gonzalo was previously head of Funding Advisory (comprising Restructuring and Debt Advisory) for KPMG in Spain, and over the course of his career, has advised upon some of the most significant and most complex debt restructurings and financings in the market.
During his career, Fergal has led numerous high-profile insolvency assignments, including acting as liquidator for MF Global (Hong Kong) Limited and Egana Goldpfeil, and as provisional liquidator to China Fisheries, where he managed complex multi-jurisdictional proceedings. He has significant experience throughout the region in handling distressed M&A, whilst also leveraging court-sanctioned mechanisms like pre-packaged deals.
