International advisory firm Interpath has announced the appointment of Kirstie O'Flanagan as Head of Transaction Services in Ireland. This strategic hire reinforces Interpath’s commitment to creating a full-service proposition in the deal advisory market.
Kirstie’s deal expertise is extensive, spanning a broad range of sectors. She has a proven track record of managing complex assignments on domestic and international buy and sell-side deals for both private equity and corporate clients, as well as a number of large-scale capital markets transactions.
A fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland, Kirstie brings over 15 years’ experience in professional services, including 11 years at Deloitte in London and Dublin as a key member of the senior leadership team leading a vast range of deals for their Transaction Services business.
Interpath’s Transaction Services offering is further strengthened under Kirstie’s leadership. With her credentials comes a deep understanding of market dynamics, trusted relationships, and expertise in supporting both local and cross border clients.
