Jim Tucker and Steve Absolom from Interpath were appointed Joint Administrators to RPA1 Limited (the “Company”) on 29 June 2026.
RPA1 operates within the social housing sector, acquiring newly-built affordable homes from developers and leasing them to a number of Registered Providers of social housing. The properties are occupied by qualifying tenants, supporting the provision of affordable housing across England, with its registered office in Milton Keynes.
RPA1 is a subsidiary of Rentplus-UK Limited, and this administration appointment solely applies to RPA1 Limited. The Company entered administration following financial challenges resulting in it being unable to meet its liabilities.
Following their appointment, the Joint Administrators have assumed control of the business and are working closely with key stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption to activity. RPA1’s underlying tenancies continue as normal - and the tenancies between Registered Providers and the underlying occupiers of the houses continue as normal - and the company remains focused on supporting its existing housing portfolio and stakeholder relationships.

Occupants do not need to take any new action as a result of our appointment, and all existing arrangements remain in place.
