The Joint Administrators of Hincroft Limited are pleased to confirm the sale of Bradstowe House, a property based in Harrow housing 177 rented luxury flats, to a third-party real estate investment company.
Tim Bateson and Ryan Grant from Interpath were appointed Joint Administrators to Hincroft Limited on 17 October 2023. The Company owned and operated Bradstowe House, a property housing 177 premium one and two bedroom apartments and penthouses in Harrow, Greater London.
Over the past 12 months, the Joint Administrators have worked with the managing agent, Greystar, to manage the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring continuity and minimising disruption to tenants.
At the same time, they have worked alongside DLA Piper and Savills to secure a sale of the property to the real estate investment and fund management firm.
