Interpath has advised integrated battery energy storage and energy management systems specialist MSP Technologies Ltd (MSP) and its shareholders on the business’ acquisition by M J Quinn Integrated Services Ltd (M J Quinn), a leader in critical infrastructure, telecommunications engineering, and energy solutions.
The acquisition supports M J Quinn’s growth in delivering sustainable energy and innovative power solutions across the UK and Europe, leveraging MSP’s experience in designing, implementing, and managing cutting-edge battery energy storage systems and power infrastructure. It also enables MSP to rapidly scale its offering with the support of the enlarged group.
The deal reinforces M J Quinn’s commitment to meeting the growing demand for reliable, sustainable, and innovative energy infrastructure and reinforces the ongoing commitment to providing solutions that can tackle challenges in decarbonisation, EV charging and energy storage.
