Interpath has advised the shareholders and management team of Signagelive on the sale of the business to Navori Labs, the Switzerland-based, global leader in digital signage.
Signagelive is a UK headquartered digital signage software provider that supports clients globally across a wide range of industries, including quick service restaurants, corporate communications and retail. The transaction creates the world’s largest, independent and channel-only content management solutions platform provider (by installed base).
The deal team comprised Managing Directors Heath Snyder and Gareth Davies, as well as Associate Director Jay Kainth and Senior Associate Lucy Tarran.
