Interpath Advisory has announced the appointment of two senior hires to its fast-growing business in Ireland.
Brendan O’Reilly joins Interpath’s Restructuring practice as a Director from Deloitte with over 15 years’ professional services experience. Brendan is a very experienced restructuring professional working for over 11 years on both large corporate and personal insolvency appointments and spanning sectors including real estate, hospitality, retail, financial services, education and health.
During his career, Brendan has managed a number of high-profile real estate based receivership cases requiring planning and development solutions, as well as acting for a wide range of trading businesses and in excess of 1,000 commercial and residential properties. He has also advised a large number of financial institutions, state agencies and companies on their strategic restructuring options.
Interpath is also pleased to welcome Director Daryll McKenna to its Restructuring Advisory practice. Daryll, who also joins the firm from Deloitte, has over 13 years’ experience providing restructuring advisory and turnaround services.
More recently, Daryll led a delivery team which provided advisory and enforcement solutions to private equity funds with distressed real estate in Ireland of in excess of €500m. Daryll has also worked with a wide range of financial institutions and companies in the areas of Working Capital Optimisation, Cash Forecasting and Scenario Planning, Independent Business Reviews and Contingency Planning & Options Analysis. He has significant exposure across a wide range of industries including retail, hospitality, real estate, health and aviation.

Since launching in Ireland and Northern Ireland in late 2022, Interpath Advisory has scaled quickly, and now has staff with capabilities of providing services including Restructuring, Advisory (including Valuations and Value Creation services), Forensic and Investigation, Data and Technology Services and CFO Advisory services. The firm expects to add at a number of new managing directors in the months ahead, as it pushes on with plans to expand the team to over 65 professionals by the summer of 2023.
