International advisory firm Interpath has appointed Andrew Kenny as a Managing Director and Head of Tax to its business in Ireland.
Andrew joins Interpath from FOCUS Capital Partners where he was Head of Tax and will now lead and expand Interpath’s tax offering in Ireland, working closely with Advisory and Restructuring teams, to support businesses across Ireland. Interpath’s Tax practice was launched in 2024 with the appointment of Denis Herlihy, former Managing Partner at BDO Limerick, who was joined by Director Yvonne Diamond in late 2025.
Andrew began his career with Grant Thornton in its Capital Tax team and ByrneWallace and later became a Partner with Warren & Partners before his move to FOCUS in 2017 where he built out the tax team. At Interpath, Andrew will leverage his considerable expertise in tax structuring of property and corporate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, corporate re-organisations and management buy outs (MBOs) to help business leaders navigate complex transactions, meet their tax obligations and optimise their tax position.
