
Interpath has appointed technology, data, and AI specialist Lisa Weaver-Lambert as a Managing Director in its Strategy and Value Creation practice as the advisory firm continues to enhance its support to investors and businesses with technology-enabled growth and transformation.
Lisa is a technology, data and AI leader with a background as a value creation Operating Partner at Montagu Private Equity, and Capital Markets Data and AI Lead at Microsoft. Most recently, she held advisory roles supporting Apollo-backed and Advent-backed businesses as well as global infrastructure investors, where she helped management teams accelerate growth through technology modernisation and AI adoption. At Microsoft, she developed strategic partnerships with leading investment firms and supported portfolio companies across a range of sectors with technology, data, and AI-enabled transformation.
Alongside her advisory work, Lisa is the author of The AI Value Playbook, a practical framework that helps businesses identify, prioritise and govern AI opportunities that create measurable value, adopted by industry leaders and cited at Saïd Business School, Oxford University. She also co-hosted The Private Equity Technology Podcast, which explored the role of technology within the investment landscape. Lisa serves as an advisory board member at Lumenalta, a custom software development company, and previously served as a Non-Executive Director and Trustee of Capital City College Group. Fluent in French and Italian, she brings international experience spanning Europe, the US, and APAC.
In her new role, Lisa will work closely with Nathan McCarthy, Interpath’s Strategy and Value Creation Global Head, applying her blend of expertise in private equity, data modernisation, and AI to help clients accelerate growth and drive efficiency across the full deal lifecycle, from due diligence and carve-outs through to value capture and exit readiness.
