
Interpath has appointed M&A and Transaction Services specialist Vicky Zheng as a Managing Director in its Hong Kong office as the international advisory firm continues its cross-capability expansion in APAC.
Vicky joins Interpath with more than 15 years’ experience in the M&A market and was most recently a Partner at PwC in Hong Kong where she supported listed, private enterprise and state-owned enterprise transactions with financial due diligence. During her career, which has spanned time in London, the United States, Hong Kong and China, Vicky has specialised in cross-border investment and M&A projects and built considerable expertise in the real estate, telecoms, technology, pharmaceuticals, and retail and logistics sectors.
Vicky joins Interpath’s Hong Kong office to drive forward the firm’s expansion across APAC as it builds out its capabilities in M&A, transaction services, and debt & capital advisory services.
Interpath’s operations in Hong Kong were established in April 2025, led by restructuring and turnaround specialist Fergal Power, a former Partner of KPMG China. Early this year, Interpath announced the further expansion of its operations in South East Asia with the appointment of Michael Horn, a seasoned professional with more than 30 years’ experience in financial restructuring, turnaround and transformation across the region.
