Interpath in France has announced the appointment of five new Managing Directors, a significant step in the firm’s development in the country, and a demonstration of its ability to attract some of the most highly regarded professionals from leading international advisory firms.
The arrivals further strengthen Interpath’s expertise in Transaction Services, launches a dedicated offering in Valuation and Financial Modelling, and expands the firm’s Distressed M&A capabilities.
These appointments follow the promotion of four people to Managing Director in April 2026. Interpath France now has 22 Managing Directors and 12 Directors, demonstrating the seniority of its team, its expertise and Interpath’s rapid growth to become a key player in the French market.
Benjamin Tarac, Head of Interpath in France, said: “These five new arrivals reflect our ambition for Interpath in France. Since our launch in 2024, we have been building a resolutely independent financial advisory firm with a strong sector-specific focus, capable of supporting our clients across the full spectrum of their challenges – from complex transactions to the creation of sustainable value.
“Our strength lies in the seniority, experience and quality of our teams. That is why we are particularly proud to welcome Nicolas, Lisa, Leonardo, Benjamin and David. Their exceptional backgrounds and wealth of expertise significantly strengthen our team. Their decision to join us is also a sign of confidence in our entrepreneurial model, that attracts the best talent and resonates with our clients.”
Nicolas Burdeau has joined Interpath as Managing Director to launch the firm’s Valuation and Financial Modelling practice in France. With over 25 years of experience in this field, including nearly 20 years at Deloitte where he led the Valuation and Financial Modelling practice, he advises major international groups, mid-sized companies, and investment funds on transactional, regulatory, accounting, tax and litigation matters.
Commenting on his appointment, Nicolas Burdeau said: “I am joining Interpath because of what it represents: an approach based on expertise and close client relationships, driven by an ambitious entrepreneurial project. It is here that financial valuation can be applied in all its complexity and make a real difference for our clients.”
Lisa Lauv has joined Interpath as Managing Director. She brings over 25 years of experience in financial due diligence gained at Deloitte, including four years at the Shanghai office. A partner since 2017, she has led over 150 assignments for private equity funds and international corporates, with recognised expertise particularly in the TMT/Software, Consumer & Retail and Business Services sectors, on mid-cap to large-cap transactions.
Lisa Lauv commented: “For me, Interpath represents an opportunity to participate in building an agile organisation that places the client at the heart of every mission. It’s a collective endeavour that I’m delighted to be part of.”

A specialist in infrastructure sector transactions, he works with infrastructure funds and major corporations and has led more than 250 due diligence assignments during his career. His arrival enables Interpath to develop and strengthen its position in the Infrastructure, Energy and Chemicals advisory market amidst significant interest in the energy transition and reindustrialisation.
Leonardo Clavijo added: “The French market is expressing a growing need for an independent, agile player with strong sector expertise, particularly in infrastructure and energy. This is precisely what Interpath is building, and it is what convinced me to join this adventure.”
