
Interpath in Ireland generated revenues of €19.7m for the 12 months to 28 March 2025, up from €13.1m in the previous financial year, as it continued to invest in establishing and expanding its operations in Dublin, Belfast and Cork.
The international advisory firm achieved growth of 50% in revenues and an adjusted EBITDA of €1.4m, which more than doubled (117%) when compared to FY2024 (€653k).
Over the past 12 months, Interpath has continued to invest in hiring experienced professionals from across the market, including Head of Advisory John Doddy, M&A Managing Directors Megan Smythe and Conor McCarthy, Head of Transaction Services Kirstie O’Flanagan, Tax Director Yvonne Diamond, Head of Renewables Gary Borland, and Head of Financial Restructuring Brad Goodey.
Notable engagements over the past year included the €700m refinancing of Irish Residential Properties REIT plc; the development loan financing for Castlehaven and its hotel project at St Stephen’s Green, Dublin; and the Aurelius-backed carve out of Exertis from DCC Plc. Restructuring appointments include the receiverships of Powerscourt Distillery and Waterford Whisky; the examinerships of CityJet and East Coast Bakehouse; and the liquidation of EuroGiant.

Interpath expanded to employ over 1,000 people in 32 locations across the UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Bermuda, BVI, Cayman Islands and Algeria. In January 2026, the firm announced that Bridgepoint, one of the world’s leading mid-market investors, had entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire a majority equity stake in Interpath.
