Financial advisory firm Interpath has named Kirstie O’Flanagan as a Managing Director as part of the firm’s largest ever round of promotions across the firm and its continued investment in market-leading talent.
Kirstie is Interpath’s Head of Transaction Services in Ireland and joined the firm in September 2025 from Deloitte to reinforce Interpath’s commitment to creating a full-service proposition in the deals advisory market. With more than 15 years’ experience, Kirstie leads Interpath’s offering of buy and sell-side due diligence to support deal advisory engagements. Her experience spans domestic and international mandates across a broad range of sectors and with a primary focus on private equity and corporate transactions.
The firm has also named Ailbhe O’Dwyer, Lindsay Fitton and Simon Clarke as Directors. Ailbhe is a Restructuring professional who has led engagements across multiple sectors, notably the receivership of Fastway. Lindsay also sits within the Restructuring practice and has expertise in the financial services sector. Simon Clarke leads the firm’s Irish Valuation Services offering, advising clients on valuation matters related to mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, financial reporting, tax, and litigation including expert witness engagements.
Interpath now has a team of seven Managing Directors in its Advisory practice in Ireland, including John Doddy, Andy Tallon, Conor McCarthy, Megan Smythe, Liam Booth, and Paul Hough.
The announcement comes as Interpath has made 123 promotions across its global business, including nine new Managing Directors and 21 Directors. The firm has also celebrated 59 step changes for colleagues within its Associate cohort.
Kieran Wallace, Managing Director and Head of Interpath in Ireland, said: “Kirstie continues to play a pivotal role in strengthening our position in Ireland’s dealmaking community. Her leadership is instrumental as we scale our advisory practice in Ireland at pace, ensuring we are delivering the rigorous, commercial and trusted insights our clients rely on. I’m delighted to see her contribution recognised as we continue to build a market leading team here in Ireland.”
