
Interpath has appointed John Evison and Jameel Khokhar as Managing Directors in its Value Creation and Strategy practice, further strengthening the firm's ability to support private equity investors, corporates and portfolio companies with growth strategy, operational improvement and business transformation.
John and Jameel’s arrival signifies the next step in the growth of the firm’s Value Creation offering. The team, which spans the breadth of Interpath’s international network, works with clients seeking support in navigating more complex operating environments, helping them to improve performance, and deliver sustainable value creation within their firms.
John joins Interpath with extensive experience advising investors and management teams on growth strategy, M&A, commercial excellence and value creation. Having started his career at Deloitte before moving to OC&C Strategy Consultants, he advised private equity firms and businesses on commercial due diligence, growth strategy. He has particular sector expertise in technology-enabled businesses across sectors including automotive, logistics and professional/white collar services. Most recently, John served as Chief Commercial Officer of a private equity-backed business, where he led growth and pricing initiatives as part of a buy-and-build strategy.
Jameel brings significant experience leading complex transformation programmes across the financial services sector. Joining from his previous role as Global Transformation Director at WPP after almost 25 years in consulting, his expertise spans operating model redesign, governance transformation, workforce optimisation and technology enablement, helping organisations improve performance, reduce costs and navigate change driven by evolving regulation and emerging technologies. At Interpath, Jameel will work closely with Global Head of Financial Services, Nick Parkhouse, supporting executive leadership teams in translating strategy into executable business plans and delivering sustainable operational transformation.
Together, John and Jameel, who will both be based in London, will help expand Interpath's holistic Value Creation & Strategy proposition, adding additional strength and depth into critical sectors while supporting clients from strategic assessment through to transformation, delivery, and value realisation.
