International advisory firm Interpath has today announced the appointment of Kevin Desmond as a Senior Adviser to its Deals practice as the firm expands its public markets offering.
Previously a Senior Capital Markets Policy Adviser at PwC, Kevin has spent over three decades developing formidable expertise in helping companies navigate the complexities of the UK’s regulatory regime. At Interpath, Kevin will leverage his deep sector experience to support clients in the capital markets in the run up to public company transactions.
In particular, Kevin will work closely with the firm’s Operations Deal Services team, led by Managing Director Neil McBride, which helps clients to deliver complex organisational and structural integration and separation associated with both pre- and post-deal M&A activity.
The appointment comes as Interpath continues to build its international senior advisory bench which comprises leading industry experts and former senior executives from some of the most successful businesses across the UK and beyond.
