Over the course of FY24, we accelerated the expansion of our global advisory capability, broadened our reach into new overseas markets, and maintained our position as a leading restructuring firm.
During this period, we achieved revenues of £163.6m, up from £142.6m in the previous year, with adjusted EBITDA of £46.3m, up 11% on the previous period. Operating profit stood at £26.9m, up £20.2m (301%) on FY23.
Today we are also delighted to announce the appointment of Tamara Box as Group Chair of Interpath. Tamara is an experienced non-executive director and was formerly Managing Partner for EME at global law firm Reed Smith.
