Mark Degnan, Managing Director in Interpath’s Dublin team, said: “We are delighted to welcome Kevin to our business. His arrival is another significant step forward in building out our multi-disciplinary advisory offering, following on from the arrival of Paul Hough who joined Interpath in January as a Managing Director to lead our Data and Technology Advisory practice in Ireland.”
“The launch of our Transaction Services offering in Ireland is key for us as we continue to strive to become the leading restructuring and advisory business across Ireland and Northern Ireland.”
Kevin added “I am very excited about the opportunity to lead Interpath Advisory’s Transaction Services offering in Ireland. I am particularly looking forward to leveraging the experience I have gained from my time in the US combined with the talented, diverse team at Interpath Advisory in Ireland and the UK to provide a new and differentiated offering in the Irish market.”
“In the face of economic uncertainty, coupled with geopolitical instability in Europe, Ireland’s economy continues to demonstrate resilience and there is real cause for optimism around M&A activity in Ireland. I look forward to helping our clients through complex acquisitions and divestitures as they implement their M&A strategies for 2023 and beyond.”
