The joint administrators of Stenn International Limited can confirm that 155 members of staff have today (12 December 2024) been made redundant. This figure includes some contractors who have had their contracts terminated.
Jim Tucker, Kristina Kicks and Joshua Dwyer from Interpath were appointed joint administrators to Stenn Assets UK Limited and Stenn International Limited on 4 December 2024, following an order made by the High Court of Justice in London.
The joint administrators continue to engage with the Companies’ key stakeholders, including customers (and their debtors) and suppliers, as they take all necessary steps to maximise value. 45 members of staff have been asked to continue their employment to assist the joint administrators as they fulfil their duties.
Jim Tucker, managing director at Interpath and joint administrator, said: “We understand this has been an extremely difficult week for the employees of Stenn International.”
Josh Dwyer added: “Our priority will be to provide support to all those impacted by today’s announcement, including providing the information required to make claims to the Redundancy Payments Service.” For the avoidance of doubt, today’s announcement relates only to those employees of Stenn International Limited. Employees of other companies within the Stenn Group that are not under the control of the joint administrators are not impacted.
