Managing Director - Head of Mids & South

Chris is the Head of the Midlands and South team, comprising of seven engagement leaders and over 70 staff across Birmingham, Nottingham, Bristol and Reading. With over 20 years Restructuring experience, Chris specialises in delivering a broad range of restructuring services including cash flow and stakeholder management, accelerated M&A and options processes, insolvency and strategy appraisal.

 

Managing Director

Steve is an experienced restructuring and deal advisory practitioner who excels in helping businesses respond to change and to find solutions to complex and challenging problems. He has a broad advisory skillset and is adept at managing the interests of various stakeholders across a range of sectors. He has developed a particular sector specialism in Hotels, Healthcare and Private Equity.

Director

Tim specialises in working alongside management teams and key stakeholders to explore, develop and deliver both solvent funding solutions and formal restructurings. Tim’s key roles include leading on engagements to explore options, acting as lead advisor on accelerated refinance and sale processes and delivering complex insolvency and compromise solutions. Tim has a broad sector experience with recent engagements in the retail, manufacturing and energy sectors.

Director

Lee has a breadth of restructuring and turnaround experience covering SMEs through to global organisations helping business to navigate through their financial and operational challenges, assisting them to improve their performance and create value. He has 28 years of experience covering a wide range of sectors and currently co-leads our Automotive sector, having delivered a significant number of automotive engagements covering dealerships, supply chain and other related businesses. Lee covers both Bristol and Birmingham offices.
