Rick leads our team across the North of England and has over two decades’ experience supporting corporates, lenders and other stakeholders across a wide range of restructuring, turnaround and refinancing services.
Heath Snyder is a Managing Director in our National M&A team heading our offering across the North of England. Heath has over 25 years’ relevant M&A experience advising owner managers, private equity-backed companies and listed businesses, providing a range of corporate finance advice. He has extensive experience in international M&A, having spent part of his career working for Big 4 firms in the UK, US and Asia as well as being a Principal in a PE firm investing in SMEs.
Paul leads the pension covenant team in the North, advising Trustee- and Company-side across the range of covenant services (including triennial reviews, integrated risk monitoring, Type A transaction reviews and distressed option reviews).
Ben joined Interpath from a leading independent ABL provider where he spent over 12 years in a variety of credit and origination roles. He is highly experienced in Asset-Based lending structures having advised Corporates, Plc’s and PE on a variety of high-profile transactions over recent months.
Matt has over eighteen years' experience in forensic investigations, litigation and unstructured data analysis. Matt has carried out both large and small-scale matters, involving clients across a wide range of sectors and jurisdictions for both civil and regulatory matters.
Chris has 14 years of turnaround, performance improvement and value creation experience across a wide range of sectors. He leads our Working Capital practice across the North. He specialises in leading and delivering performance improvement programmes including releasing millions of pounds of cash for his clients.
Jack is a chartered accountant and qualified insolvency practitioner, experienced in supporting corporates, lenders and other key stakeholders in a range of restructuring and turnaround scenarios. Jack also has considerable experience in delivering complex solutions to corporates in the retail, leisure, and hospitality sectors, including the development of high profile CVAs.
Peter has been at the heart of our property restructuring team for more than 20 years and has extensive experience in developing complex, high profile CVAs and consensual property lease restructurings for clients. He leads our relationships with the landlord community and is one of a small number of advisers who sits on the British Property Federations landlord committee.
Sarah is a chartered accountant with c.20 years of experience providing lead advisory and business restructuring mandates. She supports corporates, lenders and other stakeholders to navigate their way through times of opportunity and challenge, with her experience spanning a range of sectors. Having worked both lender-side and as a lead advisor during her career, Sarah is ideally placed to support both corporates and lenders to complete transactions, as well as helping underperforming and distressed corporates and their stakeholders to deliver turnaround, rescue and restructuring solutions.
Tom Kelly is an Associate Director in our Valuations team based in Manchester and leads our valuations offering across the North of England. His work includes valuing shares, companies, business divisions and joint ventures for a variety of clients spanning multiple sectors. He provides valuations for a range of different purposes including litigation, tax, transactions, restructuring and financial reporting.
Helen enjoys supporting both Management teams and their stakeholders with a collaborative style on a range of advisory work. Helen advises corporates and public sector organisations on opportunities to change strategic direction, maximise financial performance and consider refinancing and restructuring options. Helen is also very experienced in supporting lenders and other stakeholders on their investments, in particular on cash flow management and business plan reviews.
Chris is a chartered accountant and has 14 years of experience helping corporates to navigate a wide range of situations. Whilst working across a variety of complex and multi-stakeholder advisory and turnaround engagements, Chris also leads our turnaround debt advisory offering across the North, helping us to deliver full end-to-end solutions to corporate clients. Chris also leads our automotive sector initiative within the region and has built strong credentials within this area over recent years.
Rebekah Ingham is an experienced Corporate Finance advisor, leveraging her Big 4 heritage and extensive restructuring and stakeholder management experience to lead complex buy-side and sell-side M&A mandates. Based in the North of England, Rebekah operates across Interpath’s national M&A team.
Ryan has over 15 years Restructuring experience, advising distressed companies and their stakeholders.
Vedrana is a chartered certified accountant and has over 14 years’ experience in corporate restructuring and formal insolvency. She has advised directors, shareholders and financial stakeholders of distressed corporates operating across a range of sectors, in particular retail, leisure and hospitality.
John has over 35 years’ experience specialising in Legal Entity Rationalisation projects and Solvent Liquidation services as part of the national Corporate Simplification team.
Sam is a chartered accountant and has over 9 years of experience delivering innovative turnaround and restructuring solutions for both corporates and lenders. Sam also leads our construction sector initiative in the North West and has significant credentials in the region working with main contractors and other businesses across the construction sector supply chain.
Soban is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a CFA Charterholder with over 12 years of commercial experience in various client servicing roles, serving both Corporate and Private Equity (PE) clients within Restructuring, Financial Due Diligence, and Audit service lines. In his current role, he provides services and advice to both the stakeholders of underperforming Companies and the Corporates themselves on crisis situations, work-out strategies, and financial restructuring across multiple sectors by providing situational interventions and pragmatic leadership at critical times. Prior to joining Interpath, Soban worked with a Big4 firm across it’s different offices (UK, UAE and Pakistan) and brings valuable international experience of working in a multi-cultural work environment.
Laura is an Associate Director based in our Manchester office and has 9 years' experience in professional services. Laura delivers a range of advisory engagements to support corporates, lenders and other stakeholders with restructuring and turnaround solutions and specialises in independent business reviews, short term cashflow reviews and Early Options engagements. Laura has significant experience in the automotive and food and drink sectors and is part of Interpath’s Food and Drink national sector team.
Zoe Swerling is an experienced retail and supply chain professional with over 15 years of expertise in optimizing global logistics, operational efficiency, and strategic supply chain management. She is currently an Associate Director within the Value Creation team at Interpath, where she leverages her extensive background in supply chain transformation to drive value for clients through process improvements, system implementations, and cost-saving strategies. Prior to joining Interpath, Zoe held roles at The Very Group, Amazon, The Hut Group, Accenture, and Pets at Home, where she led major logistics projects, implemented global trade systems, and improved inbound and outbound processes. Zoe’s expertise spans end-to-end supply chain management, from vendor relations through to customs compliance and operational optimization. She is passionate about creating tailored solutions that deliver sustainable business growth and operational excellence.
